We have the provision of returns and refunds in certain out-of-the-box circumstances that might occur, although these are rare cases. We still provide you such facilities and thus the buyer may return his/her products and/or get his money back if any one or more of the following cases occur:
1. The products reach the expiry date or are extremely close to that date.
2. The buyer gets broken or damaged product(s) that tend to leak.
3. The buyer never gets his/her products after waiting for several days.
4. There is arrival of partially correct or entirely wrong products, i.e. instead of getting what's expected you get something else, in quantity or type or both.
One may claim for getting the refund once the required proofs are being shown to our customer care. Once the claims get the approval further actions are being accomplished. You will be given the options to wait for more days, or adjust with other similar products (in case those aren't in stock with us), or get the refund. Please note that the refund amount includes only the original cost of the item(s) and not the shipping and handling charges you spent, except the case that you never got your products at all. Our customer care handles everything right from inspecting for your claims' genuineness to getting your job done. Also note that we won't entertain the refund process if the issue arises because of your own fault, such as not getting the parcel because you wrote the wrong address while ordering.
We do not accept the returns if you change your mind and no longer wish to use our cosmetic products once you get the package. The cancellation is entertained only if you promptly act and cancel the order soon as possible right after the online payment is done, roughly within 24 hours. Else the products would be dispatched from our warehouse and we will not be able to help you out in the matter.
We will return your money back soon after all previous processes are done but your Credit card company may reflect that later. If it doesn't reflect that at all you must talk to the respective representative(s) so that your issue is solved swiftly.
