1. Why I need to register my account?
A. It is not a necessity to register an account with us but it will ease your work by feeding your personal details once and for all and you won't need to fill-in the details each time you make a purchase. The choice is yours!
2. May I order free samples to test on my skin?
A. We do not have any free samples to distribute at this moment. Although, we will definitely let you know if we do start this offer via email address you have given us.
3. Is there any retail store from where I could buy your products?
A. We currently have no physical retail shops. Therefore, at this point you have to buy via online medium only. However, we may start this facility in the coming future and would inform you regarding this.

5. How will I send the items to some different location?
A. You can edit the section of postal address with the new address where you want to send the parcel. All the information is shown to you before you confirm your order and start the payment. Please make sure that the address contains no mistake and has the area code (PIN) as well. It is that easy to send items to a different location!
6. What would I do if I get broken, expired or wrong items or no parcel at all?
A. In any of the cases, you would require to speak to our customer care executive(s) and they will assist you out with care. You simply need to do this fast as possible and follow the procedure as said. Kindly refer to Returns & Refunds for more info.
